Here is the procedure:

1. A check for tuition and all lodging fees should be mailed to this address:

We can also arrange for a wire transfer to the workshop's bank account. Please email us for the information. We're sorry that we are not yet equipped to take credit card or other online payments. It's a fairly expensive procedure for our part-time operation, but we are looking into possible options.

The best way to reach us is by email. If you need to call on the telephone, please send us your number and we will promptly contact you.

If you need a W-9 form from the workshop, you can download an Acrobat file here.

If there is no alternative, we will accept a purchase order from government agencies. Please fax it to the number listed above.

The Santa Fe Science Writing Workshop is a nonprofit organization registered in the state of New Mexico.
